Oberstown is holding a seminar in Buswells hotel on April 16 to identify the issues at play in addressing educational disadvantage experienced by children deprived of their liberty in the youth justice system. The event will bring together stakeholders in this area to consider what priorities should be taken at the level of both policy and practice to ensure that these young people have the best possible opportunity to live constructive lives when they return to their communities.
